Our construction client is looking to recruit an experienced IS Application Support Analyst to join an established team. It's a chance to be part of an exciting billion pound project in London. This is a permanent role and base is £40k-£48k + benefits.

The IS Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing sportfolio of business software applications to implement improvements in business efficiency and productivity. The role will work closely with business users and the Enterprise Architecture team to deliver small change projects which include feature enhancements to SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Asite platforms. You will also support larger, more complex projects delivered by third party suppliers or systems integrators.

Responsibilities

* Ensure IS application support incidents and requests request tickets are managed in line with agreed SLA's.
* Support enhancement requests and bug fixes relating to principal enterprise application Microsoft SharePoint Online & associated custom code.
* Support enhancement requests and bug fixes relating to other main apps Asite CDE (Adoddle) and Dynamics CRM and also provide support for suite of applications.
* If requested by management to participate with out of hours standby rota to help resolve any major issues out of hours (standby allowance provided).
* Support the assessment, development, testing and implementation of changes.
* Support application upgrades as required.
* Develop reports, dashboards and workflows for business users in SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Asite Adoddle.
* Work with 3rd parties including managed service partner to create proposals for enhancements and change requests.
* Manage the development, delivery and integration activities with service providers and 3rd parties with strong. customer focus and drive to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
* Support monthly patch cycle and coordinate testing with the business when patching supported apps.
* Proactive approach to Application Support putting forward ideas on service improvements.
* Configure and support all add-ins and third party products related to all supported apps.
* Maintain up to date documentation on systems and processes.
* Adhere to Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Change Control, Quality and Safety principles and policies.

Experience:

* Experience of supporting MS SharePoint Online
* Proven experience of working in an Application Support environment, supporting multiple applications.
* 12 months experience of maintaining and developing apps using Javascript, jQuery and C#
* Experience of supporting in an Office365 and Azure environment, deploying applications and working with Web Services in Azure
* Experience of working with Sharepoint designer

Desirable:
* Experience using workflow development tools (Flow and/or Powerapps)
* An understanding of BIM or experience of working in a construction environment
* Dynamics CRM and Asite Adoddle experience
