Stakeholder Relationship Officer
Each year 30,000 people have an out of hospital cardiac arrest. Less than 1 in 10 survives. The BHF is on a mission to change that by creating a Nation of Lifesavers, where everyone has the skills to help save the life of someone they love.
About the role
This new role in our Survival team directly contributes to our aim of becoming a Nation of Lifesavers. You will explore new opportunities relating to two key elements of our Survival programme; increasing bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillator use.
You will be the key contact for external and internal stakeholders and work across the organisation to review new ideas and make recommendations for future activity.
The successful candidate will be an expert in customer relations, you will be responsible for troubleshooting problems and responding to feedback, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be able to develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, establishing new links and exploring opportunities to develop and roll out our Nation of Lifesavers.
Working closely with the wider team you will have strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deal with conflicting demands across multiple projects and partnerships, ensuring key deadlines are met.
