Specification Business Development Manager, £55k Basic, bonus plus great benefits. Selling high end across a broad range of sectors
Due to expansion, our client, who is an International manufacturer, is looking for a London and South East focused Specification Sales Manager, to sell their manufactured range of high end washroom equipment.
Selling to Architects, Specifiers, and Contractors. You will largely cover London and the South East although you will also have involved in projects in other parts of the country.
This range of products include: soap dispensers, hand dryers, sanitary disposal units, bathroom accessories, etc. You will deliver RIBA approved CPD seminars, gain specifications with the A&D community and track the project through the contractor and distributor, through to completion.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
You must have a proven track record of success selling high value, high quality aesthetic products such as sanitary, bathroom products, accessibility products, door furniture, wall or floor coverings, tiles, ceilings, lighting, carpet tiles, office furniture etc. Experience and successful engagement with architects and Designers
Active contact list of Architects and Designers in the London area
Experience of tracking project specification until orders are place via contractors/distributors
Demonstrable achievement of sales targets
Capable of selling and dealing with people at all levels
Loyal, ambitious, tenacious, pays attention to detail, self starter, closer
Experience of conducting CPD presentations
