MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The G2V Group is looking for an Operations Consultant to work alongside our Legal team in our London office. The successful applicant will play a central role in in the investigation, negotiation and settlement of disputes. They will also be responsible for generating additional business by identifying and anticipating the requirements of our clients through the use of new software. The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn new skills and who wants to work in a fast paced commercial environment in a revenue generating role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Protection

o Confidential Audit and Discovery of re-engagement cases through the use of investigative research skills

o Compiling evidence to support the businesses position in formal legal proceedings

  • Lead Generation

o Receive training in and utilise key pieces of software in order to identify opportunities to do additional business;

o Cultivate relationships within the business in order to work effectively alongside the Sales Divisions to ensure leads generated culminate in successful placements.

  • Legal/Operational Support

o Receive basic Legal Training in order to support this business Dispute Resolution and Litigation functions, with a view towards assist in and expediting the resolution of ongoing cases.
