Position Objective The prime function of this role is to grow the entertainment arm of Fullcircle and support the MD and Head of Entertainment to increase sales. You will be responsible for maintaining and building on Fullcircles current client list, taking enquiries, creating bespoke proposals, maintaining artist databases and managing bookings from concept to delivery.

Person Specification - Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):

A broad knowledge of a range of entertainment Production/technical understanding in relation to entertainment requirements Established artist and supplier contacts Previous experience in event sales and putting detailed proposals and pitches together Broad knowledge of venues, suppliers and events clients Highly professional and committed to the events industry Previous experience of artist liaising Good understanding of private and corporate events Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook and Excel Availability to work late nights and weekends Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and event suppliers Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons Broad and detailed knowledge of entertainment solutions and production, particularly musical artists Proficient with numbers and accounting A creative streak in order to put together documents and sales pitches.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable):

Understanding of social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook etc.) Driving license and reliable car to travel between venues

General Responsibilities & Duties:

Build on and maintain Fullcircles artist database at all times Take enquiries, create proposals and manage all aspects of the booking and cash up process Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients to encourage repeat and new business Promote and advertise Fullcircle and its products to encourage new clients and bookings Promote Fullcircle and Vibration/The Concerto Group by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the Group and its partners Have an in depth knowledge of key competition and their strengths and weaknesses versus Fullcircle/the Group/companies Manage bookings, cash ups and client information through the BMS ensuring this is relevant and timely Attend relevant trade fair/exhibitions/networking events and company promos as requested by your line manager Participate in familiarisation trips, site inspections and client entertaining as requested which may include out of hours and weekends. Identify new opportunities for the business to proactively explore and support where necessary.

Prepare and track project timelines and budget to achieve objectives as set by your line managers Brief, liaise with and manage all artists and suppliers in line with delivery objectives Ensure all clients understand all products and services on offer from the Fullcircle companies. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage our recommended supplier lists Maximise each event sale by ensuring optional extras are taken up by clients where possible
