Sales Manager (Europe) - Health Insurance/ Benefits
With offices in London, Hong Kong and Tel Aviv, Our client is the global market leader in innovative Medical Management Services is looking for a Sales Manager - Europe to join our team. This is an ideal position for a Sales professional with experience in the private health insurance or employee benefits space. We’re looking for a person who is passionate about healthcare, a self-starter, has excellent communication and relationship management skills, a can-do attitude and an ability to identify needs and create opportunities. This is a full-time position, based in London, reporting to the VP of Business Development. Competitive compensation and bonuses for performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and Generate Sales and New Revenue Sources for the Company Create and manage pipeline of leads and potential customers to meet annual sales targets. Cultivate relationships and generate sales to health insurers and corporates. Generate new distribution channels for existing products/services. Build customer engagement plans - Analyze, identify, engage and excite potential customers. Prepare Sales roadshows Work with VP Business Development to create new partnerships and growth opportunities for the company Prepare tailored presentations and sales pitches for potential clients - in collaboration with VP Business Development & Marketing Dept. Generate status and progress reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
Experience in the private health insurance or employee benefits sector is mandatory.
Experience in selling healthcare services to payers, providers, employers, a strong plus.
Formal training in a medical field is an advantage or a degree in business/sales.
English as mother-tongue is a requirement. Additional European languages - a strong plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
The position is a full time position based in London.
There is a BONUS for this role, negotiable.
