£25,000-£40,000 plus bonus

We have partnered with a leading digital business in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for appoint a personable and dynamic Technical Account Manager to their business- this is a newly created position within the company so it's an incredible opportunity for the right person and offers first class career progression!

The role will involve a cross section of duties, including but not limited to:

- Being the first point of contact for technical helpdesk queries coming in from clients, taking a brief of the issue and then passing over to technical staff to resolve, queries will be around e-commerce and website queries, etc.
- Account Management- taking ownership of client relationships, including meeting with clients on site.
- Relationship Management
- Upselling to clients where possible

My client is looking for somebody with a good technical grounding, possibly with a background in either Software Development, IT Support or IT Project Management, who is able to understand technical jargon and translate to non technical professionals, but who crucially is very dynamic and customer focused who can build effective professional relationships with clients, who is proactive in their approach and who can make the most of any opportunity to up sell and drive sales. Having a great personality is key!

This role will require some occasional travel, therefore the successful candidate must have a full UK drivers licence with own car.
