My Client were formed 25 years ago and are a market leading organisation in the Serviced Office sector globally. They have a range of locations across the UK and are able to offer a wide range of products and services to all levels of clientele from start-ups to multinational businesses.


As Business Development Manager you will actively source prospective clients and build relationships to source new business. You will work collaboratively with the Sales Support Group to source new business and respond rapidly to all new leads. Ultimately this role is about maximising centre occupancy and workstation rate to exceed your set targets.

Your role will also see you hire, train and manage the best people and conduct the perfect tours of your centres.


The successful candidate should have the following skills/experience:

A proven track record in a new business focused role.
A consultative sales approach.
Gravitas to sell to C-level executives.
The ability to work with a high level of autonomy.

Job Offer

The Successful candidate will receive:

- Basic Salary up to £45,000 plus BONUS plus OTE

- Realistic Annual Earnings circa £80k
