An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support to the litigation department of a highly regarded busy solicitors in Canterbury,
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a legal secretary with strong litigation knowledge.
You will be responsible for assisting the solicitors in a variety of tasks including;
- liasing with clients and local courts.
- Preparing correspondence and documents through dictation and word processing,
- Organising and filing documents, forms and requests, client communication, drafting invoices, diary management and general administration.
In order to succeed in the role, the candidate must work well as part of a team as well as being able to use their own initiative. The role will require the individual to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as being able to multi-task and prioritise work, think proactively and be flexible.
