Buchanan Search are currently recruiting for a graduate trainee account manager to join a high-end Banking and Tech boutique sales vendor who have achieved double digit growth across the last 4 years of business.
Working with a vast range of clients including small start-ups, blue chip inceptions and large multi-national corporations across 4 continents this boutique company have managed to quickly establish a presence in the market for their high-end consulting and second to none training for all junior account managers embarking on a career in sales.
The role consists on in-depth training across multi-faceted areas of the industry and sales cycle. With both on the job and off the job training designed to help graduates moving into the industry understand:
·Business development aspects
·Client negotiation methods
·Sales training and objection handling
·Client relationship management practise
·The holistic sales process
Upon learning about each area of the role the trainee can then move into a position of managing junior accounts across the business speaking to High-net worth CEOs, advertising managers, marketing executives and heads of strategy within FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and smaller boutiques on a day-to-day basis to build up product knowledge and immerse themselves in the role.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious graduate with a strong desire to further their career and relish the opportunity to have responsibility from day one of the job to work in a business manner. Previous Trainee Account Managers have gone on to move into senior positions within the first two years of the role managing teams and taking home in excess of £60,000.
