The Role
· You will play a key role in delivering candidates for a multitude of manager level and senior hires.
· You will utilise your recruitment expertise to meet the talent needs of the organisation, ensuring the right people are recruited at the right time with the right skills, knowledge and competencies.
· This will involve overseeing internal processes and implementing effective talent attraction strategies including direct sourcing and social media.
· You will screen and shortlist for a wide range of roles as well as supporting line managers with sound advice whilst developing their recruitment skills.
· You will also manage candidate communication, ensuring any engagement with the business is a positive experience.

Requirements
· We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Recruiters with ‘in-house’ experience who are adept at working in a fast paced environment.
· Expert at sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates at all levels, you will be skilled at developing innovative talent acquisition strategies that cover a wide range of sourcing channels.
· Highly organised, you will be comfortable delivering multiple recruitment projects at any one time.
· A good communicator and influencer, you will build relationships quickly and are able to demonstrate the ability to impact from day one.
