Following a recent, high profile IPO, this leading challenger Fintech brand has launched an exclusive search for a Head of CRM to lead and develop the brand`s audience segmentation and lifecycle programs. With a mission to help change the lives of millions by providing more flexible and fair finance options for consumers, you will be responsible for leading and optimising the Customer Relationship database and customer communications ensuring a best in class user journey to maximise retention, satisfaction and create happy customers!

Reporting into a well-respected and forward thinking, VP of Marketing who joined the business only recently, you be part of a localised team of six other specialist marketeers and analysts as well as a and brand team who all have an autonomous and entrepreneurial style, socialising new ideas and influencing the wider business on a regular basis.

As the Head of CRM your duties will include:

• Leading the customer relationship management strategy across the European business to develop the company's audience segmentation and lifecycle programs to improve profitability
• Managing the database to grow active audiences and responsible for all reporting and actionable insights across different tools and systems
• Ensuring content across all touch points is aligned with content teams + wider digital marketing communication strategy
• Managing all email marketing campaigns from brief to build
• Channel budget management, forecasting and assisting the wider team in the new business case development and implementation
• Continually reviewing the performance of campaigns whilst making recommendations of improvement around communications and deployment.

To be a successful Head of CRM you will have the following skills and experience:

• Database email marketing experience
• Experience in email marketing management, customer retention, database management and customer relationships
• Proven record successfully planning and executing strategies within digital businesses
• Comfortable working with large sets of data, system integration strategy, Email Service Provider, omni-channel marketing, online commerce and content marketing skills
• Experience hiring and coaching key talent within your team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex issues understandable
• Experience working closely with partners including Salesforce
• Highly numerate with good Excel skills, coupled with an excellent attention to detail
• Bachelor`s degree from a top tier University.

In return, the Head of CRM will receive a salary of £75,000 per annum.
