Winners are working with an industrious, professional organisation in the St Austell area in order to recruit an Operations Administrator to support the Operations team and Directors.

Reporting to the Operations Director and based in brand new, high spec offices the purpose this role is to assist the Directors and Operations Team with vital administration, logistics and compliance matters.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Personnel administration, planning logistics and staff movements to include all travel arrangements and documents in line with requirements and SLA, storing and managing personnel files and confidential information and timely notifying of upcoming projects and movements.
Additional to this is to support the Ops Director with internal audit and general administration to include document preparation, reports on timesheet payroll for Operations Reporting, Diary Management, and general office administration.

This is a busy role which will require the successful applicant to work both pro and re-actively.
Already experienced in a multi-faceted Administration role the successful applicant will possess top class organisation skills and demonstrate an ability to establish rapport at all levels within the company structure. You will be a confident, articulate communicator who works well in a fast paced, sometimes pressurised environment.
Along with this a solid working knowledge of MS Office and excellent written, verbal and face to face communication will be required.
