IT Support - My client are seeking a talented individual to provide oversight to their server, network and helpdesk functions. This person still needs to be a hands-on "do-er" and be willing to lead a small team.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To work as part of the Service Delivery team to provide high quality support within the customers environment and within the scope of the client's responsibilities.
* Operate within ITIL service management framework with particular focus on Incident, Problem, Change and Release.
* To work as part of the Technical team to deliver improving system reliability and performance, driving down unplanned outages to deliver a high stability Project Delivery.
* To assist in providing technical solutions for the Desktop and Intel Server environments, Local Area and Wide Area Network.
* To provide second level support for the Desktop and Intel Server environments.
* To provide second level support for the Active Directory and VMware.

KEY SKILLS:

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Server Operating systems - Microsoft Server 2008, 2012 R2 (MCSE)
* Storage and Backups and Replication - IBM V7000, HP MSA, , Arcserve
* Virtualisation platforms - VMware

* Microsoft Applications including Active Directory, Exchange solutions
