Due to an increased workload with our client, Netbox Recruitment are currently working with a market leader based in the Maidstone area to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be available to commit to at least a one month assignment but ideally could stay longer if needed.

This Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk role will require candidates to:

* Monitor and manage Sales and Purchase Ledger
* Use SAP to set up customer accounts
* Carry out bank and supplier statement reconciliations
* Carry out monthly creditors cheque payment and book cheques into the SAP system
* Support the processing of employee expenses including the management of petty cash
* Post delivery notes, invoices and credit notes

You would be working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Candidates must be available for an informal meet and greet with our client Friday with the view to start Monday 17th July 2017.
