An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to support a significant growth in our aerospace business.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

- Producing quality performance indicators
- Developing tools to compile and rationalise data
- Feeding and configuring the in-house project management tool
- Managing access to customer sites and tools
- Contributing to the financial management of the project
- Ensuring documentation traceability
- Liaising with stakeholders (customers, contactors and employees)
- Supporting the deployment of visual management boards

Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
- Competent Visual Basic (VBA, VBS)
- Ability to take a proactive approach to dealing with day to day tasks
- Ability to take the lead on your own project
- Customer focused

Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
- Aerospace working environment
- Software script writing, debugging and compilation experience
- Supply chain auditing and quality performance indicators
