Are you looking for a high profile Reporting opportunity?

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Reporting and Insight Executive to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a suite of creative and insightful business reports for my client.

The Reporting Executive is one of the primary support functions within the team to ensure that client objectives are delivered through the provision of high-quality reporting and trend analysis.

The Role

The Warrington Contact Centre team will handle calls on behalf of many well-known brands, As the Reporting and Insight Executive you will work collaboratively with the Contact Centre Team, Customer Service Manager and the clients to provide accurate and timely data\reporting to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring that reports are delivered on time if full with no errors (OTIFNE).

You will be required to:

* Liaise with relevant client contacts on an operational day to day basis as agreed with the client service manager
* Provide client service manager with proactive operational solutions/changes/enhancements/efficiencies that support the client's and CPM's objectives.
* Monitor and review status of on-going campaigns and communicate effectively and timely, internally and externally (if required), to keep client, operation and client services manager informed of any information that may impact on business result.
* Analyse trends in campaign results and provide reports to the client and management team that deliver insight and recommendations
* Be the primary owner and coordinator of all campaign reporting, ensuring procedures and process maps are fully updated and accessible to all

Desired Experience

* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Advanced Excel skills
* Ability to create reports from scratch
* Fully proficient in all MS Office applications
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach, and able to work under pressurised circumstances.
* Have a high level of attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
* Experienced practitioner of creating and delivering reports from database and management systems
* Ability to manage a multitude of, tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focused approach to meet requirements of internal and external customers alike.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in line with business needs
* Ability to work independently, cooperatively as a member of a team and to coordinate efforts and collaborate with a variety of individuals
