Experience in a high end or 5* Hotel / Hospitality / Reception Environment
* Customer Service is the KEY Factor during this selection Process

Bright bubbly personality

Excellent Communication : verbal, non verbal

IT: Intermediate Level with Microsoft Suite of Software (on site bespoke package will be included in induction)

Excellent Presentation

Excellent Administration skills

The Role:

Being a member of the Front of House Team will require a team player who is not adverse to "rolling their sleeves up and becoming involved".

The Customer Experience has to start from the first visitor/client of the day and stay consistently focused until we close the reception area.

Effective and professional communication at every interaction is the key to being a success in role, our clients established team has grown and continues to do so in line with our client aspirations.

The ideal new team member will have several years customer service experience and will be dynamic and focused on The Customer Experience, Our client wants their service to be remembered for all the right reasons.

The Client Experience starts from the moment our Clients walk through our doors we must be intuitive and innovative, the baseline has to be in line with client expectation but each interaction needs to be managed on its own merits, empathy and friendly to ensure that our guests feel welcome and well hosted for the duration of their visit

Hour of Work is based on a weekly shift pattern alternating as follows

07.30 - 17.00 x 2 weeks

08.00 - 16.30

09.00 - 18.00

10.00 - 18.00
