Salary £20,800 - £21,500

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives and future career prospects of in your local area;
You will be required take responsibility for supporting and delivering training to cohorts of up to 10 individuals , undertaking bespoke employability programmes, that include: an initial assessment and in-depth profile, tailored action plan to address specific barriers and skills development requirements, non-accredited personal, social and wellbeing development activities, referral to specialist services where required, personal career or enterprise project, Work Skills wrapped around a sector of interest, digital literacy and development of functional skills (alongside Functional Skills experts), work-experience and a progression plan. You will also be expected to develop differentiated activities and lesson plans to meet individual learner needs, deliver innovative lessons that motivate learners and build their confidence, and provide ongoing pastoral care and mentoring to move these individuals closer to a positive outcome.

Skills & Qualifications;

* Proven track record of working with unemployed young people on programmes that facilitate positive outcomes
* Proven track record of working with young people with complex barriers to progression
* Proven track record of delivering funded employability programmes (including accredited and non-accredited qualifications)

* Teaching qualification PTTLs (equivalent) or above
* Working with/delivering employability programmes to the unemployed
* Working with employers, to ensure programmes are employment focussed

To have the ability to travel independently as required
