IT Support Analyst

Are you an IT Support Analyst seeking an opportunity in a progressive organisation? If so Harvey Nash may have the opportunity for you.

The Role

Harvey Nash Technology are working alongside a fantastic organisation who are seeking to add an experienced IT Support Analyst to their team.

The role has core duties and responsibilities as below:

Desktop Support

* Provide first and second line desktop support to all users of IT

* Installation of software packages to agreed standards and in line with software license terms and conditions

* Ensure license compliance across all software used

* Deployment of desktop and laptop hardware to agreed standards

* Liaise with third parties to resolve issues and setup new services

* Procurement of hardware and software as required in adherence to company standards and procedures

Server / Network Admin

* Basic network and server admin when required in conjunction with other IT staff

* Administration of cloud solutions e.g. Office 365 user management

* Set up of networking infrastructure for new and existing sites in conjunction with third parties and other IT staff

Wider IT Responsibilities

* Assist with IT project work when required

* Participate in business and other IT meetings

Key Skills

* Experience of Office 365 administration

* Excellent customer facing skills with experience of dealing with challenging situations and customers/stakeholders at all levels

* Sound track record of working autonomously, taking ownership of issues and driving them through to completion

* Excellent organisational skills with experience of effectively managing own workload and dealing with competing priorities


* Windows 7

* Windows Server 2012

* Active Directory

* Office 2013

* Remote support tools (Teamviewer / Dameware)

* Symantec Endpoint Protection
