Senior Service Analyst
£22,000 to £25,000

My client in Birchwood are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Analyst to join their team. The role is to administrate the service desk systems on behalf of the company and customers. You will also manage any changes in the management database and provide reports for the business and clients. The role comes with a basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000.

The main duties of a Senior Service Analyst are;

- Number, record, store and distribute configuration management issues
- Monitor the CMDB and manage any amendments and ensuring database is up to date
- Understand the service toolset and provide administration backup
- Liaise with clients in maintaining the CMDB and manage any service improvement plans
- Be able to provide specific reports
- Understand and use the different configuration management parts

Key skills and experience required;

- Proven knowledge of ITIL service management processes and practices
- Proven experience of working in an IT environment
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and be used to working to deadlines
