As the internal Sales person you will be predominately responsible for UK fendering and synthetic decking sales, although you will also be responsible for sales within other industries that the Company operates within.

The ideal candidate will convert marketing generated leads into sales by undertaking a structured sales process recording data on the CRM system. You should also use your own initiative to create demand for company products by contacting previous and existing customers. you must also be able to form and maintain working relationships with customer and colleagues alike.

Key tasks
Responsible for achieving UK sales and managing enquiries
Convert enquiries to orders by discussing projects and providing supporting sales information where required
Ensure all orders raised contain relevant information and specs to enable the order to be processed
Manage all project pipeline and orders via Sage CRM system
Assist with the preparation and execution of 1 UK and 2 overseas boat shows
Manage and build relationships on all accounts with regular calls

Skills required
A proven track record in pro-active sales
A good knowledge of and interest in the marine industry
Excellent communication skills

Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (whilst in the office)
Salary £30,000 per annum
Own transport due to company location
