Freelance position based in Cambridge

Rate: £10

Duties of the Site Admin:

* Maintain the office document control and filing system for the Project including the production of the Contract Handover files.
* To manage and distribute of information between our Client, Sub Contractors, Designers and other Contract Stakeholders.
* Ensure at all times document control submissions and registers are up to date including the issue of all new and changed drawings and specifications.
* Assist in the management of paperwork required for the handover of the completed works to and from other major Contractors and between ourselves and the client.
* Carry out any other duties appropriate to this role.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience of work within a similar role
* Have experience of document control procedures and ideally experience with software packages
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety
