The role:

Your role will be within the software support/customer service team, and you will be responsible for the first line support for their innovative bespoke software.
Client's can contact via phone and email with the aim to resolve 90% of issues and queries.
You will need to take ownership of issues ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Attending client visits will become a part of this role where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate the software and service.

Hold a Full UK Driving License

Hours of work: between 08:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday plus 1 Saturday in 5 working 9 - 5 (time is given back in lieu)
