Sales Venue Manager £35.000 Mon-Fri London

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a prestigious venue based close to the Olympic Park in London; you would represent and sell commercial conferences and events.

The venue has a great business mix of conferencing, team building, dinners, receptions and summer and Christmas parties. It is a busy venue year round with a number of purpose built event spaces to sell.

We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated, sales driven person, who is looking for a role where they hit the ground running. We seek a confident, passionate, dynamic Sales venue Manager to lead the sales department.

Your role will include:

Win and retain business for the venue and to promote awareness of all facilities and services available. Maximize business volume by building customer loyalty through the successful delivery of events (repeat business) and by establishing and growing new opportunities through proactive selling.

Focus on proactive sales with the aim of introducing new clients to the venue to increase room hire and Food & Beverage sales.

The Ideal candidate would have:

At least 2 years of sales and events experience (minimum), Degree qualified with a proactive sales record.

Events, venues, catering industry experience. London venue and market knowledge is essential. We are looking someone that is driven by sales, charismatic and out-going
