We are currently seeking an experienced CIPD qualified HR Business Partner to work within a multi-site environment in a fast paced, dynamic, and changing Housing Association and Charity. You will be responsible for providing a cutting edge generalist service and support to managers with a mix of strategic and project led HR activities.

One of the immediate challenges of this role is the need to engage with key operational stakeholders and "sell" the value of HR through a face-to-face business partnering model; the ability to travel throughout the Midlands is therefore essential. With proven and demonstrable organisational skills, flexibility and ability to think strategically, you will also need to be confident to lead on a wide range of employee relations case work and HR projects.

Working as part of a team, previous experience of working in a generalist capacity where you have been required to work closely with line managers to lead on ER, coaching, policy development and have a strong understanding of employment law to adhere to best practice is key.
