Customer Account Manager - Product
Experience in sales of products in a business to business environment is essential.
A friendly personality and ability to build relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to learn, demonstrate drive and a desire to provide the highest level of service and recognise opportunities to upsell and cross sell to their clients.
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and cross sell to the customer
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- The ability to interact with colleagues and clients at various levels in a business.
- Commercial acumen (understanding profitability and costs)
- Exceptional communication: both written and spoken.
- Able to analyse and interpret data rapidly and effectively to provide customer insight
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A good level of IT competency
This role offers a good basic salary together with an OTE of £30k to look after an existing client base. No cold calling!
