Software Support Consultant
My client are an innovative, technology based, leading company that provide a range of financial systems to their clients in both the public and private sector.
Reporting to the Support Team Manager, you will be part of an exciting new team responsible for supporting clients in modifications and updates needed to documents managed by the company on the client's behalf.
The Software Support Consultant will be tasked with identifying and resolving reported issues involving the bespoke code-set installed with each customer, or with enhancing this code-set in accordance with customer specifications. You will work closely with clients and with 1st line support to resolve calls in an efficient and timely manner. This is a fast paced role which is often time critical.
Due to the nature of my clients industry candidates should have the following;
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounts, Business, Economics
- Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of new and bespoke software
