Job Title: Project Worker - Housing
Location: Nottingham
Hourly Rate: £10.30 per hour (including statutory holiday pay) 35 hours per week

Their services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Housing Project Worker based in Nottingham.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm starting as soon as possible on a FTC until January 2018.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Experience of working with vulnerable people with a range of support needs
* Experience of delivering housing related support to vulnerable people
* Experience of support planning, risk assessment and housing management
* Good understanding of welfare rights and benefits.
* A full clean driving Licence
