About the company

A new innovative product has been created to allow companies to quickly and securely get their digital TV and Movie content into the hands of their customers. The Video OnDemand market is rapidly growing in recent times, which is why it is an exciting prospect to take on the role of selling a new product into this global market.

About the role

Your expertise would be used to effectively communicate the unique digital products and services, while building and managing sales pipeline, identifying prospects, qualifying new opportunities, proactively approaching companies and ensuring active follow up.

Alongside that, you would be required to identify key industry trade shows, organise client meetings for trade shows, provide accurate sales forecasts and reports as required by management, and drive revenue growth through sales of products and services.

You would maintain competitor awareness and provide timely accurate feedback on competitor activity, pricing or any sales lost to competitors.

Additionally, you would be involved in creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses as well as working closely with Solutions Architects and System Engineers to analyse customer needs, craft and present solutions.

You would use your knowledge to seek out and target new prospects and opportunities, and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business.


£30,000- £40,000 plus commission

*Do you have excellent commercial and relationship building ability?
*Can you converse at a functional level about the VOD space and how their products can enhance a company's offering?
*Are you able to talk at high level with CTOs and other technical people within studios, broadcasters, production facilities, and service providers?
*Are you devoted to chasing down leads and generating new business?
*Do you wish to listen and identify client needs and deliver them with the best product?
*Have you created a proven track record for incremental pipeline growth?
*Are you a self-starter with the interest, ability, and energy to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment?
*Can you adapt to changing client requirements and scope whilst helping to maintain a clear message and sales path for the client?
*Do you have attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a clear focus on producing quality work?
