Finance Assistant

The Opportunity

A large company in Cardiff are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team with a competitive salary of up to £20,000. They are looking for someone who has previous finance experience and experience of using SAGE 50. The Role

  • Matching supplier invoices and process accordingly
  • Process all cash and credit expense claim forms
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Performing weekly BACS payments
  • General office administration
  • Work with other departments to resolve any invoice queries
  • Ensure all invoices and credit notes are processed correctly
  • Raise payments in line with supplier terms, ensuring that payments are made on-time
  • Provide support to finance manager

Skills / Experience

  • Qualified to AAT is desirable
  • Previous experience on SAGE 50 is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to work to strict guidelines
