Customer Service Advisor
Our client is a highly successful and dynamic claims management company that prides themselves on providing an excellent personal service to their customers.
The Claims Advisor will be the first point of contact for any new and existing customers wishing to either make or enquire about a claim. You will be required to undertake basic case checking and quality assurance to identify viable claims and new opportunities by engaging with the customer and asking relevant questions.
You must have a keen eye for detail, a flexible, analytical and problem solving mind set with the ability to deal with complex enquiries from a variety of people and organisations. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential as is a good work ethic.
