Deputy Manager required for a growing supported living service based in Gloucester with a leading provider paying circa £24,000 per annum.

My client is an ambitious and developing provider of care and support to adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

We have a growing supported living service based in Gloucester that, due to expansion and internal promotion, requires a new Deputy Manager.

Your role will involve supporting and deputising for the Service Manager, line managing a team of Senior Support and Support Workers, leading the service through all CQC inspections and maintaining compliance to all regulatory requirements.

The Deputy Manager must have

* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
* Management or supervisory experience within a CQC service
* Understanding and passion for working with learning disabilities and mental health
* Enthusiastic and driven mentality
* Driver and own vehicle (Essential)

Please note this role will involve working on shift including days, evenings, weekends and sleeps. Any candidate being considered will have to be able to work within this shift pattern.
