We are currently recruiting for a dynamic, hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in the 2 AA Rosette Tudor’s Restaurant, an impressive Baronial Hall based in our sixteenth century Tudor Manor House, serving some of the county’s finest food. Guests can choose from our A la Carte Menu, Chefs Tasting Menu or our Menu du jour. Our menus are complemented by a comprehensive award winning Wine List.
A food service motivator who leads from the front, you will have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar position with experience of fine dining and banqueting operations. Ensuring our guests receive the service and attention we are renowned for will be your priority. A proven track record of implementing and monitoring SOP's, a passion for staff training and development, experience of covering Duty Management shifts and Knowledge of Book-a-Table would be advantageous.
Working split shifts 5 days out of 7 (covering Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)on a rota basis including weekends and public holidays. Competitive salary, Live in accommodation available (chargeable £280.00 per month including all meals. Utility bills chargeable at usage) Uniform provided Free meals on duty.
