Permanent/ Bank - Full time or Part time hours available

Offering flexible hours

Salary £7.80 to £8.40.

My client is a well-established care service, providing care within the community for private and reablement and also extra care schemes. Their services within the Coventry area are currently recruiting for care assistants Community Carers and Seniors to join their Team

Your role will include some of the following duties;

* Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing customers' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.

* Providing a high-standard of care to customers within the home.

* Ensure you follow the monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees.

* To provide support and build relationships with each client making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable.

You will need to have a good solid care back ground and preferably worked within an elderly or complex service previously but this is not essential as training will be given to support carers from a different back ground.
