There’s a space in the Supported Housing Resettlement team… are you the right person to fill it?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and dedicated Housing Resettlement Team within the Supported Housing department.

They manage Four schemes of Temporary Accommodation across Bristol and South Gloucestershire and Support the resettlement of Syrian Families within South Gloucestershire. working with colleagues within our support teams, you will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of these properties.

Working to tight deadlines you will be responsible for admissions and discharges from the temporary accommodation through the homelessness procedures You will also take responsibility for managing the upkeep of our schemes and dealing with any anti-social behaviour.

The work is unpredictable so you will need to be able to manage your workload effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve challenging internal and external targets
Experience of working in a housing role is essential and to be successful you will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop. You will need to show that you are focused on delivering the best outcomes to our residents and our external partners. You will also need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
