Working closely with the Marketing Manager to create a content marketing strategy, duties will include:

- Create the content marketing strategy with quarterly and monthly content deliverables.
- Develop buyer personas.
- Develop and create Value Propositions for each service and solution/target market.
- Create sales collateral i.e. case studies, brochures, PowerPoint presentations.
- Craft, produce and repurpose unique thought leadership content across multiple channels.
- Write, edit and distribute on and offline marketing materials including press releases, award entries, data sheets, blogs, web content and white papers.
- Create animating and video story boards.
- Create and distribute social media posts across various platforms.
- Create, manage and update website content.
- Use of Google Analytics and other tools to analyse social media activity, improve content etc.

The ideal candidate:

- BA/BS or equivalent and/or CIM Marketing qualification.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experienced Writer with a passion for writing and creative content.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Experience of designing content marketing strategies and setting short term goals.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and marketing tactics to guide it.
- Excellent communication skills, technically capable and with a desire to improve processes.
- Experienced using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.
- Experience using a web content management system (CMS).
- Understanding of SEO, key words.
