You and the role
Our client is not looking for someone to join them simply to "sell lighting". They are looking for a dynamic, hungry individual who can add something to their current team of talent, and further strengthen an already market leading brand. The successful candidate will need to be able to forge genuine, lasting relationships with customers and offer bespoke, tailored solutions to their needs on a project by project basis. You will need to demonstrate the ability to adapt to the demands of the various stake holders involved in a lighting project, right throughout the sales cycle. As such, our client are looking for candidates who have experience in the lighting industry and have a background of dealing with M+E consultants, Architects and Contractors in the Birmingham and West Midlands area.
You will need to be highly motivated as this is a highly autonomous role, and while you will have the full support of the back office, you won't have your hand held, and you will not be micro managed.
