We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work for a leading privately owned contracting company who works with many Automotive manufactures around the country. They are looking for a professional, experienced candidate to join there expanding team.

The Ideal Finance Manager will be required to:-

- Dealing with Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll - Weekly reports, PAYE, Year End Reports, P60's, P45's & P11D'S
- V.A.T returns
- Dealing with Month End Reports including profits and losses
- Producing Management Accounts reports
- Full Authority to pay Suppliers
- Setting up new account and credit limits
- Maintain Euros account.
- Clearing Debit Notes and raising Credit Notes where applicable
- Maintaining clocking system
- New employees must be verified with proof of identification.
- Cash Flow / Budget Reports
- Posting Journals
- EC Submission
- Maintaining Pension Scheme for Dudley and North East
- Maintain Attendance & Absenteeism Records, Personnel Files & Overtime Authorisation
- Maintain TDA & Suppliers List

The suitable candidate will need to have the following skills:

- Use of Sage line 50 and Sage payroll
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Good communicator
- Able to work within a team and individually
- Ideally have completed your AAT qualification or working towards this.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: £17,000 - £23,000 (dependant on experience)

This a Permanent position, ideally looking for someone with flexibility to start immediately if needed.
