At SEAT Birmingham we strive to have a consistent and high quality level of customer service. Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help customers. Our SEAT Birmingham is performing well and is in a prime location - this is a great time to join a well established team who are focused on delivering outstanding customer service.

We are looking to recruit a New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Sales team on site. We want to make sure we get the very best calibre of people into our business, so we`re offering a competitive basic salary of £18,000, uncapped earning potential, a company car and the opportunity to be a part of one of UK`s largest motor retailers.

We are looking for a talented individual who is brilliant with people to join the team selling new vehicles and a range of selected finance and insurance products. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with people and must have a real desire to make customers feel great. You will also need to have a driving licence enabling you to drive in the UK.

Ideally you will have worked within a sales customer facing role previously. Motor retail experience is preferred but is not essential. If you know you have high levels of drive, energy, talent, character and attitude you need to apply now! These are our core unteachables and key to being successful in everything we do. We want to ensure you succeed in your career aspirations, so will provide you with the training you require.

As you would expect with any retail business we are open when our customers want to come and see us. You can also expect 23 days holidays, comprehensive on-going training, career progression and a range of benefits you would expect from an employer of choice, including childcare voucher scheme, share incentive plan, discount in major UK retailers and a contributory pension scheme
