Job Title: Sales Executive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts
Salary: £16k basic with £2k OTE and great benefits
I have a client in the travel industry and they are a fantastic company to work for. The role is called a sales position but this not really the case. All the calls are incoming and the customer will be enquiring about the bespoke holidays this broker offers. Your job is to help the customer and create a holiday package for them.
Our client is extremely successful and is number one in their field. Due to this success, they are looking to expand their bookings department and are looking for several sales executives to join their team situated in the heart of Brighton in their newly refurbished open plan offices.
The more you add to the package - the more commission you earn. There is also a higher basic if you have worked in the travel industry before, can also answer emails and live chat and deal with social media applications.
This company like you to know what you are selling. Therefore, you are sent on many 'educational' trips for free throughout the year. This enables you to visit the destinations and be able to offer the added extras more efficiently and become more credible to customers over the phone.

* Answer all incoming calls and email enquiries in a timely manner
* Take customers through their booking requirements
* Liaise with customers via webchat
* Upsell additional packages and excursions
* Work to company targets
* Updating systems accurately
* Follow up potential sales with quotes and phone calls
We are looking to place 3 new team members asap. We need you to be intelligent, quick thinking and from a customer service or sales background. You cannot be shy of the phone.
