My client successful, growing family run business based in modern offices on the outskirts of Wellington.

Due to their continued growth they are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Your daily duties will include;

- Enter Supplier invoices onto Sage 200 accounting system, matching them to purchase orders.
- Enter Supplier credit notes onto Sage 200 accounting system.
- Raise and resolve queries on Supplier invoices
- Raise payments and remittance advice's for Suppliers on Sage 200.
- Record Customer receipts for Shopping cart orders from our 4 websites
- Process Customer credit notes and refunds from request forms completed by Customer Service team.
- Process credit card payments through online terminal.
- Reconcile Bank account, resolving/investigating outstanding entries.
- Assist the Accountant with other ad hoc duties as required
- Assist with the management of the debtor ledger

This is a busy, sales orientated office so your work prioritisation and work loads will inevitably change depending on business needs. You must have a flexible approach to work together with a strong team work ethic.
