A Sous Chef position is available at an award winning pub located within a 20 minute drive of Rhyl
A pub that has employed a new Head Chef is now seeking a Sous Chef to support them in implementing new menus as well as developing the team of six junior chefs in the kitchen. The pub has a small number of luxurious rooms but mainly focuses on the restaurant which offers modern, gastro pub style dining. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to work in a kitchen that focuses on modern cooking techniques and utilises as much local produce in their dishes as possible.
A Sous Chef who has been working at this level or Junior Sous Chef level in a property with at least one AA Rosette is required to take on this position. It is essential that all applicants still possess a real enthusiasm for cooking and want to pass that onto the junior chefs.
