Client Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager - Employee Benefits
Home working (travel to clients UK wide)

£60,000 - £85,000 salary depending on experience plus extensive benefits including car allowance, 20% bonus and flexible benefits.
Leading HR and Employee Benefits consultancy looking for a Client Account Manager to manage large cooperate accounts to cover the UK.
Employing over 20,000 people in over 40 countries our client are one of the largest Employee Benefits & Human Resources consultancy services worldwide. The growth of their Health and Protection business as increased year on year by 50%. Why? They have some of the best consultants and client relationship managers in the industry advising on healthcare, group risk, financial wellbeing and pension’s strategy while demonstrating to their clients a clear return on investment.
The role
To oversee, develop and maintain a portfolio of key clients and work closely and project manage workload with technical consultants. Main responsibilities will be to create demand for services by understanding the client’s business situation, and their health & benefits strategy.
Background needed
• Proven track record in Account /Client Relationship Management in Employee Benefits
• Related business experience in the Employee Benefits sector with a preference in Health and Group Risk/Protection.
• Client Leadership qualities
• Business development experience track record managing and improving revenue streams.
• Experience in dealing with medium to large accounts.
