What will I do
Carluccio’s will help you enhance your skills by offering you fantastic support, training and development. Our bespoke induction will teach you everything you need to know about our ingredients, suppliers, recipes, specifications and proven way of doing things.

What will I need
You’ll therefore need to be an experienced, highly skilled chef, used to working in a busy kitchen cooking fresh food to order, as it will be up to you to ensure that every dish – from focaccia bread to fresh pasta, panna cotta to risotto – is cooked perfectly to our specification, with the utmost dedication to food hygiene and food safety.
You’ll need to be the sort of person who thrives in a busy kitchen environment: a hard worker, who inspires, encourages and develops the rest of the kitchen team, working closely with, and supporting the Kitchen Manager and Front of House.
