The Role: Joining a small yet high achieving team which offers success and structure in a family feel environment, the successful National Account Manager will be looking after a small portfolio of high street and grocery accounts, dealing with buyers, category managers and merchandising teams. You will be responsible for the largest and most strategic account base across the business, holding full control of P&L and promotional budget. Based from one of their South East offices 2 days a week, the successful National Account Manager will work in this structured and professional team as well as enjoying a great deal of autonomy.

Thisemployer has achieved year on year growth while taking on exciting new licences in the gift, toy and books space, creating aggressive growth and development opportunities.

For this National Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Experience of managing national retail accounts
  • You will ideally come from a toys, crafts or nursery products sales background
  • Any experience of selling to Argos or Tesco at head office buyer level is particularly beneficial
  • Structured and professional candidates with a strong personality are sought
