About The Role 
Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of an award-winning national provider to recruit a Residential Home Manager for a modern, purpose-built medium sized care home in Nottingham set in lovely landscaped grounds.
The home has an excellent local reputation, strong occupancy and is currently rated Good by the CQC.

Our client is a highly thought of major provider and offers excellent support and development opportunities as well as an attractive package including a salary £40-45k DOE + up to 15% bonus and benefits.

About You
• Senior elderly care professional - preferably 2+ years' experience managing care homes.
• Able to inspire and mentor teams through promotion of strong company values and ethos.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, excellent internal and external stakeholder management.
• Experience of meeting standards provided by the CQC and provider.
