We are recruiting for a Team Manager within the care sector for a full time temporary opportunity to work for a well known charity that provides support to adults with learning disabilities across Lancashire.

Your care management experience and experience of working within a service that supports adults with learning disabilities will be vital to the role. As a Team Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, updating rotas, managing daily issues, following and updating care plans and liasing with various external agencies. This role is a great opportunity for somebody with team leading experience that wants to gain more responsibility and work for a reputable company.

Suitable candidates will have team management experience in the care sector and experience of working in adult care services, a minimum of 1 year`s experience working in care or 6 months will be required.

Car drivers are required and an enhanced DBS is preferable for an immediate start!
