They have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolment Officer to join the team based at their Nottingham City Centre Training Centre, with some travel across sites required, therefore a driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

Enhanced DBS clearance is also required for this position.

The Role

You will be enrolling learners who are distanced from employment across classroom and work based learning programmes, both on and off site. Responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of learner inductions, you will ensure all the necessary materials are organised and available for use for inductions and enrolments, as well tracking attendance and other data returns are completed and entered onto relevant systems accurately and within appropriate timescales.

The Individual

You will have experience of working in a customer service environment and have an understanding of the issues a number of our learners face. A passion for working with young people to help them support and progress is essential. With excellent administrative and IT skills, you will have a high level of attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. An Advice and Guidance qualification at Level 2 is desirable, although full training would be given.
