Assistant Technical Co-ordinator - Residential Construction - North London

Our Client is a reputable North London based Developer focusing on residential and mixed use projects ranging from £5-30m. Majority of their projects are of a new build and RC Frame nature.

Due to continued growth and success they are seeking to appoint a Assistant Technical Co-ordinator to assist on various residential schemes.

The Assistant Technical Co-ordinator will be responsible for the following:

* Knowledge of how a Developer operates, this could be experience of previously working for a developer directly or working very closely on a site based position through main contractor or architectural practice for a developer.
* Previous employment with a construction company of at least 2 years
* Able to follow direction well from the site based Technical Manager
* On-site experience would be an advantage but not essential
* Detail conscious with good communication skills.
* Ambitious and a desire to grow with the company for the long-term

Salary & Package:

* 30-35k basic salary depending on experience
* Car Allowance/Company Car (£5,000)
* Pension Contribution
* Generous Holiday Allowance of 25 days
* Health care
